Returns

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, returns or replacements may be considered in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged during shipping.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product package is opened, broken, or leaking upon arrival.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Brief description of the issue

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacements

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged or incorrect products.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Opened food products

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address

  • Orders refused at delivery without valid reason

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
